The liquid systems are designed to put a protective barrier between your home and the termite colony that would consume it as a food source.   The Exterra Baiting System has the unique function of establishing a connection between the termite colony and the baiting system, which allows us to introduce the control ingredient shown to reduce the termite population on a property. We also use a non-repellent termiticide called Termidor, which has been shown to reduce termite population on a property using the termites own grooming habits to spread its effects throughout a colony. This adversely impacts the populations ability to sustain itself. These treatments have been proven to give a homeowner the best chance to successfully protect their homes from unwanted subterranean termite infestation.
